Approve or Decline
If you approve, we begin the repair. If you do not approve, there is no diagnostic fee and you may arrange courier pickup.
If You Approve the Repair
We will begin the repair. Once completed, we will send you an online invoice. After payment is completed, you can arrange courier pickup to receive your device back.
Please text us the pickup date, estimated pickup time, and courier name before the courier arrives.
If You Do Not Approve the Repair
There is no diagnostic fee. You may arrange your own courier service to pick up your device from our shop.
