“Quality service with attentive and honest associates. I took my GPU here after my computer died. The same day, they did a diagnosis of it free of charge. They kept me posted through text and email the whole time, and told me the GPU processor was the issue. Told me up front that repairing it would cost $285, and told me honestly that it may be better to get a new GPU. They helped me a great deal in troubleshooting my PC, and if I ever have an issue with the hardware again, I'm definitely coming back here.”

Yes. We inspect the device and explain the estimated repair cost before approved work begins. Diagnostic-only or advanced testing fees may apply in specific cases, and we will tell you first.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. You can also request a preferred drop-off time online.
How long does a computer repair take?
Simple repairs and repairs with parts in stock can often be completed the same day, depending on the current technician workload. If replacement parts must be ordered, repairs generally take 2–4 days depending on shipping time. You can follow your device repair progress through Your Service Center.
What devices do you repair?
We service Windows laptops and desktops, MacBooks, iMacs, gaming PCs and custom-built computers. We do not repair phones, tablets, televisions or standalone monitors.
