Bring the normal laptop charger for charging, battery, shutdown or performance problems. Include a dock, cable or accessory when the symptom occurs only while it is connected.

1. Check-in — We record the device, symptoms, condition, accessories and data priority.
2. Diagnosis — Relevant power, display, storage, thermal, hardware or software behavior is tested.
3. Estimate and approval — Findings, price and expected timing are explained.
4. Approved repair — Authorized work is completed and documented.
5. Verification — The repaired functions are tested before pickup.
School and company devices
Managed computers may require authorization and recovery information
A school- or employer-managed computer may use BitLocker, FileVault, BIOS passwords, security agents, MDM policies or organization accounts. Provide the owner or IT department's authorization, ticket number and approved scope when available.
We use only the access needed for approved testing. Do not send sensitive passwords or recovery keys through ordinary text or email.
