A computer may appear normal until a video call, external monitor, business application or game starts. Tell us what you are doing when the failure occurs, whether it is intermittent and what changed beforehand. That context helps testing reproduce the real problem.

Bring the normal laptop charger and any dock, cable or peripheral directly involved. For most desktop problems, bring the tower unless staff asks for a monitor or other accessory.

1. Check-in — We record the device, condition, symptoms, accessories and data priority.

2. Diagnosis — Relevant power, display, storage, thermal, hardware or software behavior is tested.

3. Estimate and approval — Findings, price and expected timing are explained.

4. Approved repair — Authorized work is completed and documented.

5. Verification — The repaired functions are tested before pickup.

Tell us before service if the computer contains irreplaceable files, uses BitLocker or FileVault, or belongs to an employer. Company-managed devices may require an IT contact, help-desk ticket, approved scope, BIOS information or organization recovery process.

The owner or employer must authorize service. Sensitive credentials should not be sent by ordinary text or email, and access should be limited to what approved testing requires.
