True One Fix sends transactional SMS messages only to customers who voluntarily opt in while requesting an appointment or device repair service.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, device check-in notices, repair-status updates, estimate or approval links, service questions and ready-for-pickup notifications.

Message frequency varies based on the customer’s active appointment or repair service, with up to 3 automated messages per repair. Msg & data rates may apply. True One Fix does not charge customers for these messages.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. True One Fix does not use purchased contact lists or send unsolicited marketing messages.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
