True One Fix Tampa
Dell laptop repair in Tampa for Inspiron, XPS, Latitude, Precision, Vostro, G Series and Alienware power, charging, screen, keyboard, hinge, cooling and startup problems.

Local Dell laptop service
Dell Inspiron, XPS, Latitude, Precision, Vostro, G Series and Alienware families include many generations and configurations. The Service Tag helps identify the original system, but replacement parts must still be matched to the current display, keyboard, battery, charging design and any hardware changes.
True One Fix confirms the exact model, tests the reported symptom and explains the recommended repair and estimate before approved work begins.

Dell laptop diagnostics
Dell adapter, USB-C or barrel connector, battery, BIOS and motherboard power path evaluated.
Cracks, no image, flicker, lines, backlight and touch behavior checked against the exact display specification.
Keys, backlight, touchpad, palm-rest assembly, cables and liquid exposure inspected.
Hinges, mounts, lid, display cable and surrounding plastics assessed together before parts are ordered.
Fans, vents, heatsink contact, thermal material and CPU/GPU stability tested under appropriate load.
Storage health, Windows startup, memory diagnostics and compatible upgrade options reviewed.
Service Tag and model identification
Dell Support can use the Service Tag to show the original configuration, warranty and documentation. Display resolution, touch capability, keyboard layout, battery type and other components may differ within the same family—or may have been changed previously.
Bring the Service Tag and power adapter when relevant. We verify physical and electrical compatibility before ordering parts.
Repair process
1. Check-in — We record the Service Tag, full model, symptoms, accessories, recent events and data priority.
2. Diagnosis — Relevant power, charging, display, input, storage, thermal and stability behavior is tested.
3. Estimate and approval — Findings, part option, labor, warranty and expected timing are explained.
4. Approved repair — The authorized hardware or software work is completed.
5. Verification — Charging, display, keyboard, thermals and the repaired functions are checked before pickup.
Latitude and Precision systems
Dell business laptops may use BitLocker, organization accounts, BIOS passwords, Thunderbolt or USB-C docks and company security policies. Tell us whether the device is company-managed and whether the appropriate recovery information is available before storage or operating-system work.
For dock, charging or external-display problems, bring the related Dell dock and power supply when practical. Company-owned systems should be brought in with proper authorization.

Helpful answers
Yes. We evaluate supported Inspiron and XPS models for charging, screen, keyboard, hinge, storage, cooling and other faults.
Yes. Please tell us if the system is company-managed or uses BitLocker, a BIOS password or a Dell dock.
Yes. We diagnose overheating, crashes, no display, charging and performance problems under appropriate test loads.
The cause may involve the adapter, center identification pin, cable, charging jack, USB-C path, BIOS or motherboard circuit. Testing is needed before replacing parts.
Often, but the hinge, mounting points, lid, palm rest and display cable must be inspected together before recommending repair.
Not always. The original configuration is helpful, but resolution, touch capability, connector and previously changed parts must also be verified.
Bring the charger for power or battery problems, and bring the dock with its power supply for dock, USB-C or external-display issues.

“I had a great experience with Trueonefix Computer Repair Shop. I brought my PC in because it was not booting properly. I had attempted some troubleshooting on my own, but I was only able to determine an issue with the BIOS, but unable to resolve. The technicians at Trueonefix properly diagnosed the issue and discovered that the BIOS would not accept an update. They determined that the BIOS chipset on the motherboard needed to be replaced. After replacing the chip, the problem was completely resolved, and my PC is now booting and working perfectly again. They were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their technical expertise and their ability to repair the motherboard rather than simply recommending that I replace the entire computer. I would highly recommend Trueonefix to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy computer repair.”

“Quality service with attentive and honest associates. I took my GPU here after my computer died. The same day, they did a diagnosis of it free of charge. They kept me posted through text and email the whole time, and told me the GPU processor was the issue. Told me up front that repairing it would cost $285, and told me honestly that it may be better to get a new GPU. They helped me a great deal in troubleshooting my PC, and if I ever have an issue with the hardware again, I'm definitely coming back here.”
